The Seoul Cosmetic Surgery International Partner Program lets overseas agencies, patient advisors and medical travel businesses send cosmetic surgery and aesthetic patients to Seoul. You keep your client relationship. We handle clinic matching, consultations, interpretation, logistics and recovery support in Korea.
Run by East Meets West Inc., a registered medical tourism facilitator since 2016.
Who is Seoul Cosmetic Surgery?
Seoul Cosmetic Surgery (SCS) is a medical tourism concierge in Gangnam, Seoul. We are not a clinic. Since 2016 we have coordinated more than 5,000 international patients from 20+ countries through a network of 30+ vetted Korean clinics and hospitals.
SCS was built by people who know both the Korean medical system and what international patients expect. Our coordinators sit beside the patient at every appointment, not beside the clinic. That protects your client, and your agency's reputation, in the consultation room.

What are the two ways to partner with SCS?
There are two models. Referral Partners introduce a patient and hand the Korean journey to SCS. Managed Partners stay the patient's main contact and run qualification and communication, while SCS delivers everything in Korea.
Referral Partner
You introduce the patient. SCS takes care of Korea.
- Identify and qualify the patient
- Get the patient's consent and submit them through the SCS process
- SCS manages the Korean journey end to end
Managed Partner
You manage the patient. SCS manages Korea.
- Stay the primary relationship manager
- Run consultation, qualification and communication
- SCS delivers coordination and fulfillment in Korea
| Referral Partner | Managed Partner | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Agencies that introduce and hand over | Agencies that own the patient relationship |
| Patient relationship | SCS leads the Korean journey | Partner stays primary manager |
| Partner role | Referral and introduction | Qualification, communication, coordination |
| SCS role | Korean coordination and patient support | Korean coordination and fulfillment |
Partner terms are shared on the intro call. The signed Partner Agreement governs.
Why do agencies choose SCS as their Korean partner?
Agencies choose SCS because we advocate for the patient inside the clinic, choose clinics for outcomes rather than volume, give itemized prices without upselling, and stay with the patient through recovery until they fly home.
Quality over quantity
Clinics are chosen for artistry, ethics and outcomes, never for volume. See how we vet clinics.
Honest numbers
Verified doctor credentials, real case results and itemized estimates. No upselling.
Every skin type
Specialist attention to melanin-rich skin, a need many Seoul clinics overlook.
Care beyond the clinic
A coordinator at every appointment, in-clinic interpretation, prescription pickup, meals ordered in, and daily check-ins until departure. Airport transfers, hotel or recovery-stay bookings and discreet scheduling for VIP clients are arranged on request.
Which treatments can partners refer?
Partners can refer patients for facial surgery, anti-aging surgery, body surgery, dermatology and health check-ups. Treatment is provided by licensed Korean medical institutions in the SCS network.
- Facial surgery: rhinoplasty, double eyelid surgery and canthoplasty, facial contouring, ptosis correction, revision surgery
- Anti-aging: facelift, fat grafting, stem cell treatment, hair transplant
- Body: body contouring, breast surgery, women's surgery
- Dermatology: exosome and PRP therapy, skin boosters, laser and pigmentation, care for melanin-rich skin
- Health: medical check-ups
How long does a referred patient's journey take?
About a month from first enquiry to flying home for surgery. Patients usually spend 3 to 5 days in Seoul for non-surgical treatment and 10 to 14 days for surgery. Every patient has a dedicated coordinator and 24/7 WhatsApp support, with replies within 24 hours.
| When | Stage | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | Enquiry | Goals, photos and records shared with the patient's consent |
| Days 2–3 | Proposal | Doctor options with itemized estimates |
| Days 4–7 | Booking | Dates, flights and stay confirmed |
| Week 2 | Treatment | Arrival, consultation and procedure, escorted |
| Weeks 3–4 | Recovery | Follow-ups and check-ins before flying home |
How big is the market for English-speaking patients in Korea?
Korea received 2.01 million international patients in 2025, up 71.9% on 2024. About 173,000 came from the United States, now the fourth-largest source country and among the highest spenders. Most of these patients need English-first support from consultation to recovery.
Our priority English-language markets are the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Europe. Coordinators work in English and Korean.

How does the program protect patients, partners and clinics?
Every party has a defined role. The licensed clinic is medically responsible, partners get patient consent before sharing any data, partners do not use SCS's Korean registration, and every patient introduced through the agreed process is recorded to the partner who introduced them.
Medical responsibility
SCS does not diagnose, prescribe or guarantee outcomes. Diagnosis, treatment decisions, informed consent and outcomes rest with the licensed Korean medical institution.
Consent and privacy
Partners get patient consent before sharing personal or health information. Updates to partners follow consent, privacy law and medical confidentiality.
Registration
Partners may not use SCS's Korean registration or present themselves as a Korean registered facilitator unless they are registered separately.
Attribution
Patients introduced through the agreed process are recorded to the partner. If SCS later contacts the patient directly, the partner keeps their entitlement.
Any conflict between the program and applicable law is resolved in favour of the law.
